The consultants of Proventa AG have been providing IT and consulting services to their customers throughout Germany from the telecommunications, Internet service provider,
industry, commerce and banking sectors since 1992.

Proventa AG was founded in 1992 as Proventa Consulting GmbH in Frankfurt am Main.
The company has been based in Frankfurt to this day.

At the same time, Proventa evolved from a provider of technological systems to an IT
consulting company and acquired customers from the telecommunications, Internet service provider, industrial, commerce and banking sectors.

As early as in the year of foundation, 1992, the ethical principles of partnership with employees
and customers were enshrined in the preamble to the company's articles of association. Despite its growth, the company has remained true to these principles to this day.

It is the same now as it has always been: people first, and then resources. Transparency,
openness and honest dealings with employees and customers are therefore a matter
of course; after almost 20 years of company history, these attributes are still strongly
embraced and an integral part of our corporate culture.

Social commitment in the most varied of areas as well as numerous activities that serve the
purpose of channelling donations to charitable organisations represent another integral part
of our corporate culture.
