Mission statement

In the spring of 2013, the board of Proventa AG had several meetings to lay down once again our mission statement and our values as a company.

In addition, via the detour of rational, emotional and spiritual intelligence, which characteristics are necessary for success and what exactly is responsible for motivation and enthusiasm were fathomed out. The result is the Proventa AG mission statement, which can be represented by three words:

People

We show our people appreciation and respect.
We support their cooperation and individual strengths.
We maintain their individuality and authenticity.

Aspiration

Being clear in terms of our solution and communication based on experience and knowledgeBeing responsible in terms of our conduct and internal and external communicationsBeing efficient in our actions

Passion

We are passionate about our solutions and decisions.
We are passionate
about using new impulses.
We are passionate
about implementing innovations.

We have formulated a sentence for each of our three values to demonstrate how we act.

PEOPLE Our actions value people.
ASPIRATION We aspire to the highest standards in our actions.
PASSION Our actions instil passion in us and others.

Our strengths

We at Proventa AG believe we have certain strengths.

Corporate culture

Tolerance begins with the surrender of the cultural claim to justice and injustice, right or wrong.

TYPES OF INTELLIGENCE

Rational Intelligence

This type is usually associated with being highly talented when it comes to logical and strategic thinking and mathematical and linguistic skills. Rational intelligence is well-suited for solving problems.

Emotional Intelligence

People with high emotional intelligence get along well with others, have a high self-esteem and respond appropriately in various situations.

Spiritual Intelligence

This is not a recognized form of intelligence, but crucial for our well-being. Spiritual intelligence puts our individual lives in a larger context, gives our lives meaning and purpose and allows us to create new opportunities for ourselves. Spiritual intelligence allows us to apply our combined rational and emotional intelligence to manifest our talents in the world, which not only improves our lives, but those of everyone.

SUCCESS comes about when the three positive basic roles are in balance

RATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

  • Quantitative learning (gathering facts)
  • Reason (ratio)
  • Thinking (head)
  • Competence
  • Effectiveness

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

  • Qualitative learning (coming up with ideas)
  • Social ties (solidarity, integration)
  • Growth
  • Development
  • Feelings (gut)
  • Personal perception
  • Here and now

SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE

  • Passion
  • Motivation
  • Inspiration
  • Intuition
  • Meaning
